Our advocacy focuses on legislation and other matters that significantly affect our profession. Our most recent accomplishment includes getting relief from AB5, which threatened our ability to work as independent contractors.
If an agency or attorney has not paid you for your services, we can help.
If you learn that a non-certified interpreter was used in a legal case, we can contact the parties involved to advise them on state law requirements.
