AIJIC and One Call Reach Settlement

We are pleased to announce that the Association of Independent Judicial Interpreters of California (AIJIC) and One Call Corporation have settled the lawsuit arising from the impersonation of certified interpreters and the use of false badges in connection with Spanish language interpretation services in California (AIJIC v. One Call, Los Angeles Superior Court Case No. 24STCV02594).

 

The matter has been resolved pursuant to the terms of the following consent judgment: link

 

AIJIC extends its sincere gratitude to the interpreters, agencies, and individuals whose financial support helped make this litigation possible.
